UPDATE 28/06/2017 11.44am:

Following on from our information regarding the cyber-attack that TNT encountered yesterday.

We are pleased to say that we have positive news regarding deliveries. Fundamentally normal service will be resumed as of today with the exception of a handful of delays that may be felt around the carrier network. TNT do have a back-up plan for such events and they are currently working in accordance to that plan.

Any consignment that left our premises on Tuesday 27th June should be expected to be delivered before 5pm Thursday 29th June, please be aware that we are unable to re-direct any of yesterday’s consignment to an alternative address.

Thanks for your patience and understanding regarding this matter, however, If you do have any further questions please feel free to contact our customer service team on 01225 438185 or help@ldlonline.co.uk
