UPDATE 28/06/2017 11.44am:

Following on from our information regarding the cyber-attack that TNT encountered yesterday.

We are pleased to say that we have positive news regarding deliveries. Fundamentally normal service will be resumed as of today with the exception of a handful of delays that may be felt around the carrier network. TNT do have a back-up plan for such events and they are currently working in accordance to that plan.

Any consignment that left our premises on Tuesday 27th June should be expected to be delivered before 5pm Thursday 29th June, please be aware that we are unable to re-direct any of yesterday’s consignment to an alternative address.

We can confirm that the dispatch of our orders from the warehouse has resumed to normal, there may be delays through the TNT network on delivery dates due to the disruption.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Amongst many other logistics companies TNT have confirmed that their business has suffered a cyber-attack, this announcement will inevitably lead to much disruption within their network.
